Step into the past with the Militias of Anglia
If you want an authentic, professional and adaptable reenactment service for your event, the Militias of Anglia can provide it. Once on site, we set up an ‘encampment’ of up to 10 tents, each of which covers a contemporary craft or skill. Our brand of visual storytelling – delivered by historical experts - helps make the past an immersive experience and if you have unique requirements, we can adjust the material accordingly. Your guests can practice contemporary skills like rush weaving, calligraphy and archery. It’s a way of making history a lived experience, rather than a paragraph in a book. Though we specialise in 17th-century reenactments, we can branch out to any British time period, from the Roman era right through to World War 1.
